If you don't mind trying out this image editing program, just open the image in it, then save it as a PNG with those settings, and it should work!
(There must be something to the way the image is formatted/saved, coming out of the GIMP graphic editing program differently (possibly more 'standard') than the PNG versions people are using - I don't know enough about image formatting and programming to dig into what that specifically is, though) I have seen it on other forums, and personally helped a couple other people, by merely 'Re-Saving' their PNG file for them and emailing it back to them. I'm not sure what is going on with the 'original' PNG files people are using, but there are many that are bumping into this problem.
